I lived in a corporate apartment from Jan 15th – July 31st. From the beginning I was well taken care of and was always greeted with friendly and helpful staff. The move in process was painless and easy as was moving out. I experienced a couple minor maintenance issues during my stay but they were taken care of so swiftly I barely noticed them. I was grateful at the flexibility and helpfulness of everyone there, as my stay was lengthened from the original timeframe. I enjoyed my time at The Ranch not only because of the people running it but because of the great accommodations. The clubhouse is very nice, so nice I’m trying to talk my property managers here in California into installing a theater room and coffee bar!
If my work ever asks me to live in the Rogers area again I know exactly who I’ll be calling.

I've lived at The Ranch at Pinnacle Point since it opened in January. The apartment amenities are great, but what I really feel sets these apartments apart from any in the area is the 24 hour access to the lounge, which consists of a coffee shop, movie theatre, weight room, pool tables, t.v.'s, internet access, hot tub and swimming pool. My friends and I utilize the lounge area on a daily basis. We find it nice to go out on a Sunday afternoon, hangout at the pool and use the gas grills that are provided. It's starting to become a regular event.
As far as location, it doesn't get any better than The Ranch. It is only a minute or so from I-540 and the mall, and about the same to the restaurants, nightlife, and shops at Pinnacle Hills. Just because of the location, many business people have chosen to make The Ranch their home. In that respect, it provides a great opportunity to meet people and network with people of similar interests and careers. I love The Ranch at Pinnacle Point and would recommend it to anyone.

I just wanted to send a quick note letting you know how much my wife and I enjoyed staying at 'The Ranch at Pinnacle Point'. We had to relocate from Minneapolis on very short notice and I had limited time on a previous visit to find a place to live. Even before I saw the wonderful apartments or amenities, I knew I had found our temporary residence after I walked through the rental office door and met the staff. Alesha and the rest of the team went well out of their way to make us feel welcome throughout our stay.
I would highly recommend putting 'The Ranch' on your shopping list when looking for a place to live in Northwest Arkansas. It's location alone should make it a candidate, but once you visit, you'll see why it is 'the place to live'.
